A few general questions that may help:

Why should I purchase through Elevated Workshop?

Elevated Workshop is committed to bringing more 3D printing capability and stock to Canada. All printers, resin & accessories are shipping from Canada - This means that you the client do not worry about longer shipping times, custom's fees are already taken care of. We also inspect all the printers upon arrival to Canada to catch any damage before you get them.

Our clients also benefit from some priority as it's common for Phrozen to ship to to partners & distributors around the world.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

It is in stock unless it read's "sold out" or has a "pre-order" in the title. We do offer pre-orders on newer resin 3D printers being offered from Phrozen.

Are you stocking parts for Phrozen printers?

Yes, we are slowly building our stock of usual parts our clients have been needing, if there are specific parts that you are looking for please contact sales@elevatedworkshop.ca and we can get a price and estimated timeframe with our next shipment.

What time is cut off time for next day shipping?

The cut off time is 3pm MST on business days for next business day shipping.

Who do you use for shipping?

At this point we are using CANPAR for a majority of our shipping needs as they seem to have quicker response time for pick-up & deliveries. Standard Shipping is 3-5 business days within Canada.

What is Route shipping option?

We highly recommend the Route shipping option on all our orders as this helps quickly resolve issues with damage upon arrival. If there is damage please proceed to the route website and follow their instructions to make a claim for damage goods within 7 days of receiving the item. If Route is not purchased, there will be no insurance purchased on your shipment and the shipment is at the risk of damage and no resolution or financial refund if damage occurs.

Do you use the printers you sell?

Yes, we always make sure to have experience with our resin 3D printers that we sell. This helps us get an understanding of the product, how to calibrate it and potentially service it. Elevated Workshop provides business printing services that it leverages the printers for.

Do you accept returns? 

Yes, we will accept returns for up to 30 days as of the date of purchase from Elevated Workshop. The printer & parts must be unused and in their original packaging for a return to be successful. The original cost of shipping to you will not be refunded & the cost of shipping back to Elevated Workshop will come out of the refund being issued against your original order. Returns will be inspected and a refund will be issued if the item is unused and in original packaging. Returns can take up to 14 business days once printer/item is returned to be issued.

To proceed with a return please email contactus@elevatedoworkshop.ca with your order number and pictures of the item you wish to return. Elevated Workshop will issue a shipping label which can be printed and put on the original packaging.
